In order to stay at the “top of our game” all cheerleaders should be conditioning their bodies DAILY! Conditioning not only alleviates muscle soreness throughout the year but performing specific conditioning CAN and WILL increase your performance as an athlete and cheerleader. With this said, here are some general conditioning stretches and strengtheners, as well as, strengtheners and muscle-memory tasks for you to complete EVERYDAY!
